In 1975 I obtained my first degree (Sho Dan) Black Belt at the Kyokushinkai Kan Center of Karate in San Jose, Costa Rica, from Sensei Roberto McLean.
My family and myself currently train at the Kyokushin School of Karate of Pleasant Hill, California, owned and directed by Sensei Tyrone Wah, fourth degree Kyokushin Black Belt, and also led by Sensei Gary White, fifth (Go Dan) Kyokushin Black Belt.
